RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is defective upon arrival.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• Personal care products
• Beauty products that have been opened or used
• Items damaged by customer misuse

Proof Required

Customers may be required to provide:

• Order Number
• Photos or videos of the product
• Photos of packaging if applicable

Refund Process

Once the return request is approved and verified, refunds may be processed through:

• Bank Transfer
• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• Store Credit

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

If the requested product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Return Shipping

In cases where we shipped the wrong or damaged product, return shipping costs may be covered by us. Otherwise, return shipping expenses may be the responsibility of the customer.
